Supporting your birth journey

I offer the Traditional Healthcare model of care: 4 prenatal visits, being with you at your birth and 4 follow-up postpartum visits for every client. This does not limit the number of visits or amount of time we spend together. Additional visits can be scheduled and are billed separately. Please contact me for details.

I have experience with medicated and unmedicated births, physiological and cesarean births, in home settings and birth centers as well as at all major hospitals in the Portland area. I am experienced in waterbirths. I am a certified Hypnobabies Doula. I am proudly Spinning Babies Certified. I have special training in trauma-informed care, biodynamic model of care methods, and a-typical pregnancies.
